Learn about building wealth at next Envision Hawaii event

Want to know some secrets to getting rich? Staying rich? Building wealth?

Patrick Oki is going to let folks in on some of those secrets at Envision Hawaii’s First Tuesday event this month at Downtown Restaurant in the ground floor of the Hawaii State Art Museum at 250 South Hotel St.

The free breakfast meeting from 8 to 9 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 11, will focus on the question “How can I build my wealth?” Oki, a serial entrepreneur and PKF Pacific Hawaii Managing Partner, will discuss some of the best ideas around creating financial prosperity for employees, investors, donors and customers. He’ll also offer his bottom line on how to build strategic alliances.

The event is free to attend, but RSVP is requested. You can RSVP at Envision Hawaii’s website.

Envision Hawaii, a nonprofit group of young, dynamic social entrepreneurs meets monthly to toss around ideas about the biggest issues of the day. The goal: mentoring future leaders and encouraging ‘can do’ attitudes to solve big problems.

The group meets on the first Tuesday of every month with a guest speaker. This month’s session was delayed a week because of the Labor Day holiday. It’s also the last First Tuesday event to take place at Downtown @ HiSAM Restaurant which closes Sept. 15.

The new venue will be announced soon.

Paid public parking for next week’s event is available one block away at Alii Place at 1099 Alakea St.
